Meet Gerry

When I was a youngster growing up in Tucson, I made cardboard and brick playhouses and drew plans for the castles I would build for myself someday. I've never lost the passion or love and appreciation of a home's beauty.

Having been married to a residential and commercial builder for over 35 years, not only gives me a deep appreciation for design and construction but the many aspects of the business. I read plans and was involved in the planning, construction and supervision of the building of our 3,600 sq.ft. custom home in Lake Arrowhead, California and our 4,700 sq. ft. custom ranch style home in La Verne, California.

Formally a grocery buyer in a highly competitive market for a large Supermarket Chain in Southern California for fifteen years I know how important dollars are to any business. Negotiating with the largest food companies in the world, I certainly do not fear the negotiation process. Branching out as a National Food Broker, selling to food chains across the United States taught me the importance of understanding what motivates a buyer. I never knew the skills I developed in food sales could be so helpful in selling Real Estate. Dealing with different demographic areas and marketing to different cultures has taught me to respect the individual life styles not only in the meals that are prepared but in the homes that are selected.

I've been selling homes in the Reno-Sparks area for 15 years, and was the Builder's Association of Northern Nevada Sales Person of the Year in 2005. I take this honor seriously. It reflects my commitment to the buyer, and the seller.
